2.     Third Party Marketing Provider

We collaborate with The Genius Group Ltd (“TGG”), a trusted third-party marketing provider, to run our marketing campaigns. TGG will collect and process personal data, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Identity Data: first name, surname, title, marital status, date of birth, and gender.
  • Financial Data: details about your financial circumstances, financial institutions used, financial products taken out, and their current status.
  • Vehicle Data: vehicle registration number, make, and model.
  • Usage Data: information about how you use TGG’s website, products, and services (including IP address, location, browser type, operating system, referral source, visit duration, and navigation patterns).
  • Marketing and Communications Data: your preferences for receiving marketing communications.
  • Special Category Data: sensitive data such as race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, health information, or biometric data. TGG will only process such data with your explicit consent or where legally required.

At the point of input for example, when completing a form such as “Find My Agreements” you may be asked to confirm your consent for TGG to process and share your data with us. By selecting “Find My Agreements,” you agree to our Privacy Policy, consent to the processing of your data for assessing your eligibility for a potential claim and acknowledge that a soft credit check (performed by Valid8 IP Ltd) may be carried out to identify potential car-finance agreements. These checks will not affect your credit score but are used to verify claim details.

Once we receive your information from TGG, we will use it to verify eligibility, perform the necessary checks, and contact you regarding the progress or closure of your case file.
