I began my journey at Courmacs Legal as a Sales Advisor. Just three months later, I was offered a full-time role in the Housing Disrepair (HDR) department. At first, I felt nervous due to my limited knowledge in the area, but thanks to the support of my team leader Luis, who took me under his wing, I quickly learned the processes and protocols involved.
After a year working as a paralegal, I took the opportunity to lead an admin team focused on bringing in HDR claims. Courmacs Legal has helped me grow not only in my career, but also in confidence and self-belief. I’m now proud to be the Assistant Team Leader in HDR.
I started at Courmacs Legal as a contractor for web design and marketing. When they saw my potential, they offered me a full time role. I was a bit on the fence but with all the benefits of a stable position with extra perks, I couldn’t refuse! I have loved working at this company, I have learnt so much and grown not just in my role but as a person, becoming more confident to speak up and give my opinion.
