Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Compliance Executive to join the team and help maintain the highest standards of compliance in the marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing content to identify and rectify any compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement compliant marketing strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting marketing practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to marketing staff on compliance matters.
  • Review and approve marketing communications, including advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and issues to senior management.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing compliance within a regulated industry, preferably within a law firm or financial services.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing laws and regulations, including GDPR, ASA, and CMA guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Training Provided

  • Competitive salary of £45,000 – £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
