Job Summary

We are looking to hire a number of Customer Claims Handlers to be part of our growing claims processing team. Due to our business success in recent years, we are experiencing an extremely busy period of growth, which will create some exciting progressive job opportunities for you to work towards.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to and manage a high volume of client inquiries via email and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining accurate case files, ensuring that client information is current and readily accessible.
  • Strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating those needs to legal teams.
  • Balance multiple client cases and inquiries, prioritising tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Accurately document all client interactions and case-related updates, ensuring proper follow-up and record-keeping.
  • Address client concerns or complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner, taking steps to ensure a positive experience.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling, file organisation, and general support for legal staff.
  • Clearly explain concepts and case updates to clients in a way that is accessible and easy to understand.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
  • Ensure that every client interaction reflects the high standards of service expected at Courmacs Legal Ltd.

Training Provided

  • Training on internal systems, legal protocols, and client service standards at Courmacs Legal Ltd will be provided.
  • Hands-on training for using case management or CRM software to efficiently track and manage client data
